Lotteria

Lotteria is a fast food restaurant that started in Tokyo back in 1972, and franchises have now spread across Japan and many other countries throughout Asia. The restaurant is very similar to an American style burger outlet, selling a range of hamburgers, chicken. To cater for the Japanese pallets they have some interesting twists many of their products and have several specialty items including their famous shrimp burger and often have a selection of buns made from rice patties and noodles available on the menu.  Lotteria can be found in large shopping malls and in in many popular locations, there are over 40 in Tokyo alone, with many offering toilets and free wi-fi, making them a great place for travellers to catch up on their mail and news while enjoying a tasty treat.
