Other Northern Osaka Attractions

Osaka’s northern outer suburbs—across the Yodo River—offer a refreshing change of pace from the dense city centre, with leafy parks, hidden cultural gems, and family-friendly attractions that are well worth a day trip. This part of Osaka includes areas like Ikeda, Minoh, Toyonaka, and Suita, which are all easily reached by public transport and offer something a little different from the shopping streets of Minami or the neon buzz of Dotonbori.
