Ueno

Ueno is Tokyo’s cultural capital, home to the National Museum of Western Art, the National Science Museum, the Tokyo National Museum, and the Ueno Zoo.

Ueno is a great place to relax, whether you’re visiting the zoo or enjoying the tranquil surroundings of Ueno Park. You can also do some fantastic bargain shopping at the Ameyoko Market. The easiest way to get to Ueno is via the JR Yamanote Line or the Ginza Subway Line, both of which stop at Ueno Station.
